Student Apartments and Lister House Weekly Update (26 June)
We hope you are safe and well. Please keep following NHS and Scottish government guidance on safety and social distancing. The latest details on lockdown easing are available online.
We ask that you continue reporting maintenance issues. While only urgent repairs and essential maintenance are being carried out at the moment other maintenance issues and minor repairs will be noted for future attention as restrictions are eased further. Please continue to email or phone office staff if you have any questions or concerns. If you need assistance or extra support please let us know and we will do our best to help. If there is an urgent issue outside office hours please telephone the LSA team or security staff for advice.
The University will continue to update staff and students about any how upcoming changes will affect the campus, students and staff. Please continue to protect yourself and others and take care.
We are expecting the phased return of cleaning staff from the beginning of July- who as you know have not been available to clean surfaces and floors in the communal hallways and in the kitchens and bathrooms of larger communal flats since lockdown. You will be aware that residents are responsible at all times for taking rubbish and recycling out to the bins outside and expected to wipe surfaces after use. We ask that you keep making an extra effort at this time to keep your accommodation clean and hygienic. Thank you.
If you have any queries regarding your contract or refunds please contact email@example.com. Please keep in mind that there may be delays due to the large volume of students contacting Allocations for advice at this time.
