Glasgow North East Foodbank Christmas Appeal
This year, University of Glasgow Commercial Services are supporting Glasgow North East Foodbank (seeded by the Trussell Trust) to try and help struggling individuals and families have a wonderful Christmas.
We have set up several collection points on campus and at Garscube so, if you would like to support the campaign by donating a few items, we'd be delighted to pass them on.
All donations are gratefully received, with the below items being particularly in need:
- UHT milk
- Diluting Juice
- Pasta Sauce
- Tinned custard /Rice
- Tinned fruit
- Tinned / Instant potato
- Jam
- Biscuits / Snacks
- Tinned meat / Fish
- Tinned Tomatoes
- Soup
- Tinned Tomatoes
- Rice
- Soap powder
- Toiletries
- Toilet rolls
Donation Box Locations
If you would like to donate any items, please look out for our donation boxes at:
- The Stevenson Building - Main reception
- The James McCune Smith Learning Hub - Level 2 & Level 5
- SRC Welcome Point
- Garscube Sports Complex
All the boxes will be in place until Wednesday 13th December when they will be collected and distributed to the foodbank.
